Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Black Suede Studio box and secure them inside a shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
